Our Boys Under 16s squad is a diverse group of players coached by a team of dedicated, experienced coaches.
The large squad and team of coaches allows us to provide the right level of training, progression, stretch, match experience, and competition for everyone involved.
Our top teams have enjoyed recent success including England Hockey National Championship medals and national indoor medals as well.
The club season runs from early September to late March with training on a Friday night and matches on a Sunday.
The teams play in the South East Hockey League Tiers 1 and 2. Tier 1 can lead to play-offs and National League Finals.
We also enter 2-3 teams in the England Hockey National Championships which are knock-out competitions leading to a National Cup Final.
Pre- and post-season events also take place and international tours are often organised depending on the desires of the group.
Many of the boys also play and train with our Men’s teams.
Boys looking for coaching experience including as part of their Duke of Edinburgh award are welcome to join our Young Leaders programme.
